Team Leader

Auxo are recruiting an experienced Team Leader (Drainage Services) for a university build project in Exeter.\n\nThis is a hands-on role combining leadership with active site work, requiring the successful candidate to oversee all drainage installation activities while working alongside the team.\n\nDuties include supervising excavation works, working in tight and confined spaces, checking levels and gradients. You will be responsible for ensuring correct pipe laying, trench work, backfilling, and overall drainage infrastructure is completed to a high standard.\n\nApplicants must hold a valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card.\n\nCandidate must have previous experience leading a drainage or groundworks team on commercial or large-scale projects and have a strong understanding of H&S procedures, RAMS, and site standards
