Senior Manager – Platform & Delivery Enablement

📍 Heathrow (3 days onsite per week) 📅 12-month contract

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to join a high-impact central capability team, driving technology operations and delivery excellence across a complex, regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured delivery programmes across multiple engineering and data science teams.
• Translate ambiguous, multi-stakeholder challenges into prioritised, deliverable outcomes.
• Partner with central IT, security, and compliance functions to turn bureaucracy into productive collaboration.
• Scale teams and processes, ensuring delivery excellence across technology operations.

Ideal Background

• Experience in BCG X / Gamma or equivalent, with proven delivery in data science environments.
• Background in top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) followed by senior operating roles in technology organisations.
• Track record in Engineering Operations, Delivery Excellence, or Technology Strategy at scale-up firms or regulated enterprises.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes (e.g., reducing time-to-launch, structuring multi-team programmes).
• Strong leadership in scaling teams, senior hiring, and manager-of-managers responsibilities.
