Paint Sprayer/ Coater

We are seeking on behalf of our Client a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coater/Sprayer to join our dynamic team in the Deeside area.\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paint spraying processes and the ability to work with a range of materials and tools. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and finish.\nResponsibilities\n * Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as necessary.\n * Operate powder coating equipment, ensuring proper application techniques are followed.\n * Monitor the curing process to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality.\n * Conduct regular maintenance on powder coating machinery and equipment.\n * Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies in colour and texture.\n * Collaborate with team members to assemble and fabricate components as needed.\n * Maintain a clean and organised work area and adhere to all safety protocols.\nQualifications\n * Basic maths skills for measuring and mixing powder coatings accurately.\n * Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.\n * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the coating process.\n * Experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.\n * Previous experience in painting or powder coating is preferred but not essential.\n * Driving licence would be advantageous\nJoin us in delivering exceptional quality through your craftsmanship as a Powder Coater!\nHours\n * Monday to Friday,\n * 7.30 am to 4pm.\nRate of Pay depending on Experience £14.00 - £15.20p/h\nPlease apply with your CV for consideration
