Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour

Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 3:00pm, Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm

Overtime: Available

Aspion are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder on behalf of a leading manufacturer supplying high-quality products into the Retail and Office Furniture sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that offers stable, long-term work, an early finish every Friday, and regular overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• MIG welding mild steel components to a high standard
• Working from engineering drawings and production specifications
• Fabricating and assembling metal components used within retail and office furniture products
• Carrying out quality checks on completed welds and assemblies
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
• Meeting production targets while ensuring excellent workmanship

Requirements

• Previous experience in MIG welding mild steel
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team
